Although I was an ex athlete with a fairly good gym discipline, there is no way I would have reached and sustained my goals without Sharlyn's guidance. She spend a great deal of her own time coming up with a proper plan ideal to my goals, old injuries and fitness level, and then keeping track of the progress with each session, rather than just making up exercises on the go. She is very knowledgeable of a vast range of exercises and it's impact on the body, and for someone like myself with multiple injuries that prohibits me from performing numerous exercises, this knowledge was crucial .
